    Great but could be better.
I have been playing the game nonstop for the past week and love it. I only have a few grips with the game. (1) I think the upgrades need to cost less or there needs to be more ways to earn coins. I have to do so much grinding for what I want. (2) I want more maps and vehicles! I'm tired of playing the same thing with the same vehicles. More! More! More! Let's end it off on a good note... I truly love this game and I am not much of a mobile gamer. It just has something about it that I love!

    CPU multiplayer faking???
Although i do love this game very much just as much as I enjoyed the first version, one major concern is that in multiplayer (cup) mode, if I win a race first position and immediately advance to the next race in the series, where all the other players resets automatically to the next race starting point without letting them complete the first race?? So does that mean the players are actually CPU with real usernames?? Could someone clarify this for me please!!

    Awesome sequel
Loved the original Hill Climb Racing still have it on my old phone. This one is even better than the original. Love the customisations for Bill and the vehicles. Cant wait for more vehicles and paint jobs and also many more lvls. Plz can we have another low gravity lvl as the moon was my fav from the original, so many flips and sooooo much airtime :)

    Im addicted to the competition
It's fun has a great combo of cup challenges to race thru & win points. And also the original idea of roads to catch the gas before it goes empty except this time you go against your previous best in every ride which is also very entertaining I like to see my progress. Could use a few more cups and roads but it's a great start.

    Good job almost
I love the game, played a lot of the original and I am in love with the new competitive aspect of the new game but I feel like the ranked latter is a little too unobtainable for casual players. You can rank up your score what seems like infinitly which makes it almost impossible to be at the top unless you're playing all day. I would give the game 5*s if the ranked system introduced some kind of reset, a score cap, and a better match making so that legendary is for skilled players not just people who grind.

Has its flaws here and there
The core game is great. It feels like a direct upgrade to HCR 1. But the "real" multi-player is a sham. Coins are hard to earn unless you get chests, which have ridiculous unlock times. Each vehicle wheelies to often. Sure, it's funny, but it gets really aggravating at times, as it slows you down. Uphill cup and Epic Hills are tough to get even a single win in, unless you have an extremely upgraded vehicle. Otherwise, good game.

Love it, same old game with a great new twist
I missed playing the first after I finally beat it. This sequel looks great plays well and feels right, just don't get greedy (development team) and keep up the good work an I'll support your games for sure

    Great game
Love Hill Cline Racing 2. Improved on every aspect of the origional. I just want to let you guys know about a bug I've been experiencing today. During the online racing, usually during the christmas race series, the game has a tendancy to go to an add break but after the ad the series has ended and I get awarded the 1st place chest even tho we had only completed half of the races. Not a big issue just thought you guys would like to know. Looking forward to future updates!!

    Multiplayer goodness!
The addition of multiplayer has greatly improved this game from its first iteration. Adding friends is awkward and *requires* Facebook to be connected. Would be easier to have usernames etc... I also have not found out how to remove friends either. The game is much the same as it was before but has more variety of scenery with buildings, see saw planks, floating logs and loads of other stuff. It is a great improvement but does have minor annoyances of lots and lots of advertising. Maybe a payment to remove?

    Total upgrade!
HCR 1, is one of my first game app. And now, HCR 2 is taking over my time once again. The developers have done a great job upgrading the game. Only, its too hard to collect more coins needed to tune up my car. Level 1 seems eternity. Please give a liitle bit more of those coins...

I love the game. I enjoy what they have done to improve, i hope that they add more vehicles and maps (which I'm sure they will considering Hill Climb Racing). The only thing i would suggest is that they do random computer players for those who don't want to play online. Though I'm pretty sure it goes based on ghost records. Just have a way to advance even offline.

    A different game.
Definitely a sequel: better graphics and new concepts (for the series) but shares little with the original. Forced full screen ads are well done, but still annoying. Despite initial impressions, grinding is not nearly as necessary as the original. Adventure mode won't get you money, but the time-gates will; pretty well-executed overall.

The game is amazing. I have played the first one a lot, and fell in love with it. To get 5 stars from me, i would like to see more adventure and multiplayer maps, some other rankings above Legendary, and a menu to see the achievements, since I would like to do all of them, but no idea where to find the ones that I haven't done. Thanks :-)

Great Game With Cool New Graphics
Great game! Would highly recommend! Plays different than HCR 1, but same idea. I think this one is actually more enjoyable than the 1st because of the racing aspect. I was affected by a bug that still exists, but I found a workaround. If you have the 3 tap magnification gesture enabled on your phone then you car won't accelerate right away. Annoying but glad I found what was causing that. Keep up the great work devs!

Great sequel to the first game
Hill climb 2 truly lives up to it's name. The game has amazing visuals and great physics with satisfying gameplay. It has a few minor issues as for example way too many ads and low amount of collectable coins in singleplayer. The thing that rubs me the wrong way the most is the frequency of the updates. They should be coming more often because despite how good the game is, it lacks content right now with only 4sp maps. I hope devs are working hard to bring more content asap. But the game is amazing. 👍👍

Great follow up to the first one!
Hill Climb 1 is one of the best mobile games I've ever played. Extremely simple controls, yet complex and addicting gameplay. 2 things: 1. Please fix the "backflip detection". The game doesn't recognize when I do backflips half the time. Front flips are no problem, but it's a huge bummer when I'm busting a fat backflip and don't get points for it after barely landing it. 2. Pleeeease make more tracks like the "Big Air Cup". Hands down the most fun I've had with this game! Always look forward to it!

    Awesome and competitive
I played the first version of this game so much, I got all the vehicles and maps. I kind of got tired of trying to beat my high score over and over, so I decided to try this version. This one is a lot better since I can race other cars and unlock boxes for more money and customizations while still keeping true to the original game. I love it, haven't wanted to stop since I got it!

    Almost perfect
For the most part, this game is a welcome return of the classic game. The game looks great, and plays even better than it did before. The addition of races & social stuff is fun, but it appears Adventure Mode is taking a back seat this time. The game does not seem to reward your new records for distance like the previous game did. As a result you are better off doing the racing grind get more prizes/money. Racing mode is the only way you can unlock more vehicles. I miss the old adventure mode.

    Well worth the wait!
The original Hill Climb provided me with years worth of time killed lol. The whole time I've fantasized of a sequel. Could it be as good? Better? It's finally here and in my opinion has lives up to the hype. Love the graphical upgrades, the customizational options, and the adding of head to head racing while keeping the classical adventure mode. Great game. Look forward to killing my down time while climbing hills.

    Amazing-just some suggestions
This game is beautiful and I played the first game for so many hours. I always loved the first game for its wackiness. Being able to do a backflip on the moon with a train is so much fun. But this game doesn't have that wackiness to it. I think you should add more levels like a moon level and more vehicles like trains, hovercrafts, and maybe an rc car. Also, add way more ranks. I don't know if this is because I played the s**t out of the last game, but I am already at 70k rank levels.Add ranks up to 80k plz

    Pretty fun
It's a fun game, but it lacks progress. It also makes you feel like you are always winning. The ghosts you race should be people with the same vehicle and progress via part upgrades. Also it would be cool to send race challenges to people and race ghosts back and forth so it's more competitive. It's a good feeling when you beat someone, rather then just knowing you'd be faster

    Solid Sequel
Maintains the same core that made the first so addictive while improving the graphics and adding a respectable multiplayer component. Sad it took me this long to realize there was a 2nd one. Will add that last star when more maps and vehicles are added. At this point in time it just seems a bit bare compared to the contents of the original.

Fingersoft made a fun and addictive game, then took that and made a second, much better game. Competitive, better UI, more customisation. Most games like this I see get worse, but Fingersoft have nailed this! Absolutely love it! Only one problem, and this might just be me not being able to find it, but I would like to play against bots so I can do the cups offline. If you can do that, someone let me know please :)

    This game is so addicting!
As soon as I got it, I kept on playing it. It is that addicting. I am obsessed with its game. I've play Hill Climb Racing 1 and I loved it as a kid and this game is 10× better. Keep up the amazing work! No problems for me, but can you make the boxes or something (Forgot what it is called.) shorter time or give us more slot to purchase with coins or diamonds?
  • FamousJack GAMER
I love how you can race people online. Offline mode isn't that great because there are only 4 worlds, but who cares? Hill climb 1 was made for offline players, and online racers can now battle each other for chests and leagues. I managed to reach legendary league in about 2 weeks, and I think anyone else can too!
  • Dayton Winter
    Fix reward system
This game is great. The biggest problem I have is with the reward system. You have three slots for chests, but you might as well only have one as that's the most you can have unlocking at a time. There should either be the ability to unlock multiple chests at a time or a different reward system. Right now, I play once or twice every 8 hours then wait for a chest.
  • Chris Mounteer
    Good fun
More adds and fewer coins throughout the levels than the first game, which makes progressing slower and more tedious. However, the graphics are a bit step forward, as is the customization of car and driver and track creativity. The cup races are also a fun addition. I would recheck the coin balance vs vehicle/upgrade cost, but other than that, I'm excited to see more content.
