2. Press the + button right-under side of the screen to select the beginning date.
3. This challenge will display a list of over 30 days beginning since the selected date.
4. After completing the exercise for the day, please select your dates and check.
5. Challenge situation can see at a glance through the dashboard menu. (Top right of the screen)
